Please note: These items are “customer returns”, returned to us by a major retailer with whom we have an RTM (Return To Merchant) agreement. With major retailers, reasons for returned products vary. In most cases, the reason is simply that the customer has “changed their mind”.  It is uneconomic for us to carry out a highly detailed inspection of every single product returned. However, we do carry out a summary inspection and discard any products which are evidently damaged or faulty. The rest of them, we put in a separate location in our warehouse and these are what you are purchasing here! They are “seconds”. There may be minor marks, discolouration or scuffs. Packaging may not be in pristine condition. But they are otherwise in good working order.
